ExamsTeacher is committed to delivering high-quality certification exam preparation materials. To maintain a fair Money Back Guarantee for genuine customers, all refund requests must meet the following eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

1. You must have spent at least 7 days preparing for the exam using ExamsTeacher study materials.
2. You must have taken the scheduled certification exam. Refund requests are not accepted if the exam was missed or skipped for personal reasons.
3. The product must have been purchased directly from ExamsTeacher within the last 30 days. Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
4. Refund claims are not accepted for outdated study materials if a newer version was available before your exam date.
5. The Money Back Guarantee applies only to officially proctored certification exams. Exams taken without a proctor or available online without supervision are excluded.
6. The guarantee does not apply to all certification vendors. Certain vendors may be excluded; eligible customers may receive a replacement product instead of a refund.
7. Refunds are not available for retired certification exams.
8. Products purchased during promotional sales, at discounted prices, or received free of charge are not covered by this guarantee.
9. Bundle offers, multi-exam packages, and similar promotional packages are excluded from the Money Back Guarantee.
10. ExamsTeacher reserves the right to verify all submitted information and determine the eligibility of every refund request. Any attempt to misuse or abuse this policy may result in the claim being denied.
11. ExamsTeacher reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding refund eligibility and claim approval are final.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, please send the following to support@examsteacher.com :

• A scanned copy of your exam enrollment slip or registration confirmation.
• A scanned copy of your exam result or score report.
• Your order number for the product purchased from ExamsTeacher.
• Your name and the payment method used.
